Mp4 not playing in safari, fine in Chrome, can someone advice on how to configure the server to ensure videos play please? I think I need to change the network from current 200 to 206 but wouldn’t know how? Thanks for any help.
Also Googling this issue Safari requires webserver to support “Range” request header in order to play your media content.
What is your website URL, so I can test with my Macbook on Safari and see if it’s a problem or not on my end?
I moved your topic to the appropriate category. Video codec support in browsers is not something that’s affected by the hosting service you’re using.
