nah it never did before this issue

You do realize things can change, yes? Accounts that are deactivated but not yet deleted still take up space on the server. So therefore it isn’t unreasonable that they’d count towards the limit. Once it’s fully deleted you should be able to create a third one again.
Alternatively, you could just reactivate the unused account, remove its contents and domains, then add the new domain or subdomain you’d like and host the new site with it. That way you wouldn’t have to wait for it to be deleted.

dude I’ve been using this platform longer than you, and I know this isn’t the way InfinityFree works. Why do you need to be so passive aggressive? I’ve always been able to deactivate websites and make new ones.

extending on my aforementioned comment, they would most likely tell us if they changed it/made it like that.

That doesn’t necessarily mean that either one of you knows more than one another. And are you sure? If you’re looking at account creation date compared to yours, then you would be wrong. Edward joined the forum back in 2016 (his current account is not the same as the latter) and you joined May of this year.

But that’s off-topic.

Then we should wait for Admin to confirm or deny this information.

It also will not let me reactivate it either.

The underlined text above implies that you should be able to create accounts while your other ones are deactivated. However, the part in the middle might be why you can’t reactivate that account:

Since you have suspended accounts, I suspect that is why the system is not letting you reactivate them.

But this is just a theory.

Account that are suspended by request or for inactivity are not counted towards your active accounts. Accounts that are suspended for other reasons, such as abuse or for reaching the daily limits, are counted as active accounts.

You could try getting some of the suspended accounts reactivated. Either you can reuse them after that or deactivate them and setup new accounts.
