An unknown error has occurred during license reading
This happens as soon as I try to open the file manager. I first noticed this today. I’ve never had this particular problem before. When I click “OK” the file directory is empty but I know it shouldn’t be.
MonstaFTP requires a valid license to work, which is validated by every browser which accesses the file manager. A valid license should be present, and I don’t see this issue, so either it was a random issue, or it’s a problem that’s specific to your browser somehow.
Which file directory is this? Which account/domain/directory should have files but doesn’t? Did you validate the files are present through a browser or another FTP client?
