MONSTA error

Hi
I’ve had problems with my website lately
www.americanshohin.org
I have another topic open because the page is down from the outage of a couple weeks ago.

I’m trying to solve it because I can’t keep standing.

As a solution I am trying to upload a complete backup of my wordpress installation manually through MONSTA the ftp manager that ezpy provides by browser.

I have not been able to connect with filezilla, so this is the only way I have found.

However, although I have administrator permissions, with each action I receive this problem:

The upload Failed: Error during FTP uploaded, permission denied at: /americanbonsai.org/filename

I modify permissions, give them again and try again.

But the error appears again and again.
I’ve been with the web down for three weeks now. I’m a little bit nervous.

Anyone know how to get the files uploaded?

thanks¡¡

I think your domain was expired, as I checked and I can’t access it nor can I check which nameservers are in the domain. Did you make sure to renew it or buy it again if it’s not available? If not please re-register it or renew it and point it to our nameservers in order for your website to be accessible again, because without bought domain the website will not work anymore. Also, Monsta FTP can’t process big or many files at once, so you need to use an FTP client for that purpose.

don’t you upload into htdocs? you might upload it inside htdocs folder.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

The domain was purchased three months ago by namesilo. It is online and without any incidence according to the domain provider.

The domain has the DNS pointing to infinity ezpy1 and 2.

I have filezilla installed on my pc, but I can’t connect it to my infinityfree server.

I also checked its WHOIS information and it looks like it’s inactive. Maybe it’s an issue that you and/or Namesilo should resolve?

Which error do you see? Can you please post the full connection log about it? If you can’t get it please read this article:

How stupid I am. Sorry, I wrote my domain erroneously.
I have other projects.

www.americanshohin.org

I’m sorry. I already said that I am very nervous. I’m really sorry.

About the destination folder, No matter where you try to upload them. The problem appears constantly. I have done tests creating .doc files and the problem is constant.

I explain what I try to do.

In my main folder / I have the folders that the system installs by default.
The htdocs folder is included. Inside htdocs, it is where softaculous has installed the folder with the backup files.

Only the folder that appears when linking a domain through cpane is additionally created in the / home.
In this case the folder created is /americanshohin.org

I have tried to copy the files from / htdocs to /americanshohin.org, but it is impossible.
I hope to be explaining myself correctly.

If my idea is wrong, please correct me.

I’m going to read the tutorial about filezilla, I try to do the same operation if I can connect and write again

Thanks a lot.

You need to upload your website files on americanshohin.org/htdocs/, and NOT on americanshohin.org/!

Okay. Let’s try again.

Uploaded my site files to /americanshohin.org/htdocs/ by filezilla

The upload of files by filezilla has had constant drops and disconnections. I don’t know if this could have affected the load.

but the web does not work.

Try looking up for the .htaccess (in your americanshohin.org/htdocs folder)
It might be the cause for the redirects and 500.
