i want to export my wordpress website using all in one migration in infinityfree .. then i will buy hosting and domain at namecheap then import the site there using the same plugin.. is that possible?

We do not recommend backup/migration plugins. They are very heavy on server resources and often produce complicated, proprietary backup formats that may be difficult to restore, or don’t contain all the necessary data.
