What error are you getting? and are their any errors in your dashboard?
no error they just shut it down
so its suspended?
Was it a temporary suspension (24 hours) or a permeant one? if permeant, when\did you raise the ticket?

yeah it is permeant they have not answered me yet. It was due to illegal content because i was looking intensely at the site.
If there was illegal content on the site, then they likely will not respond as that is considered significant abuse.
Also since IFastNet are based in the UK under UK Law they can’t even provide a backup because that’s covered by disributing illegal content
if you go on markusparty.page.gd it says server limits though
I just get the generic suspension page. While it does say “suspended for reaching server limits or similar” that’s what it always says. Only the client area and ticket support staff will tell you the full reason directly.

its mainly hits a system where it counts after a file gets activated
A hits limit suspension is usually only 24 hours units it happens a lot

yeah well normally they just do that then perma suspend the account. But this it did not happen.

i like waited the whole day for them to respond
Reply to your ticket and quit worrying about “it will put my ticket to the back of the queue” as it is probably not in the queue right now
