I received information The Hosting on InfinityFree is on DB DataBase Version MariaDB 10.4 and can i please Admin for upgrade to MariaDB 10.6+?

Unfortunately, Admin cannot do that either. The server software should be upgraded eventually, but I don’t think the server operators accept requests.

This is not the answer, hosting provider must update system if want come clients i dont upgrade plan for hosting if my website dont will be working

And not only old Database system on this hosting and php version 8 .3 is required your current php version is 8 .2

Check out premium hosting, they may have what you are looking for.

Upgrading PHP and MariaDB is quite involved, and cannot be done for individual accounts.

If you would like me to try and get people to do this sooner rather than later, can you at least share which website software and version has these requirements? I can make a much better case if common website software needs this, and not just a single website.
