i made and hosted my website and i also made a download button , but where should i put the (dot)exe file in my file manager to make it able to download from the download button ? please guide me .

You can upload files anywhere on your website and link to them to make them available for download. There is no particular path which is used for downloadable files.
However, please note that uploading .exe files on our hosting is blocked for security reasons. You may be able to get around it by packing the .exe in a ZIP file or something like that, or you could use an external file sharing service like Dropbox instead.
