Mail server (and webmail) are down

Since last night, the mail server appears to be down. The mail server does not seem to accept any new connections, so both receiving and sending email appears to be down for all email accounts and email forwarders.

Additionally, when trying to open the webmail interface, you’ll see the following error message:


Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

We’re still trying to get in touch with iFastNet to get more information about this issue.


As of 10:15 UTC this morning, the email service appears to be up and running again.


It’s not working for me

mail is not working for me either. Been trying to get a mail message in my box all day, even sent test mails. nothing. seems to still be broken.

How so?

it started working early pst morning, haven’t tried sense, but seems okay now.
