I just created a free account, went on the cPanel, then to the Softaculous, app installer.
I started installing the Magento version 2.1.7 it looked like it was going right until the progress bar went blank and the progress froze at 95% - Screenshot by Lightshot
Can you please check?
Magento is a REALLY big all in one ecommerce platform. Most shared hosting platforms are barely capable of running it properly, let alone free hosting. So I don’t think it’s supported. And even if it was, Magento is huge so it will run slow on anything that isn’t a Magento optimized server. So I would highly recommend to use something else for your online store.
