Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I need assistance recovering access to my InfinityFree account, as I have completely lost access to the email address I used to register it.

  • Affected domain: yandex.gt.tc

  • Situation: I cannot log in because I no longer have access to the original email associated with the account, and I do not remember the exact email address I used.

  • Login method:I believe I created the account using Google login (OAuth), but I also no longer have access to that specific Google account.

Is there a way to verify that I am the owner of this domain and hosting account? I am willing to provide any details that can prove my identity, such as:

  • Information about the content hosted on the site.

  • Details about the account setup or specific files.

My primary goal is to regain access so that I can update the account’s contact email to one I currently control.

Unfortunately, if you’ve lost access to the email used, there’s not much admin can do you restore access to your account.

Admin confirmed this for you in this thread:

Setting up a new forum account and asking again wont change that.
