Lost access to deleted account (if0_40649959) - 404zehra.ct.ws

Hello,

My hosting account for 404zehra.ct.ws has been deleted or I lost access to it.

Registered email:
Hosting username: if0_40649959 (404_ZEHRA | ANA SİSTEM)

I have proof:

  • Screenshots of the website
  • Account setup email
  • Control panel setup page

The domain is important to me. Is there any way to restore or reassign it to my new account?

Thank you.

Use the reset password form on the login page if you forgot the password used to login to your InfinityFree profile.

ı lost my email

Unless you regain access to that email address then I’m afraid there isn’t any other way to reset the password. The fact that the subdomain in question is still operational tells me that either your old hosting account is still active, or it was deactivated due to inactivity and somebody else has claimed the subdomain. In either case, there really isn’t anything InfinityFree can do to override account security like you want.

If you have the password for the hosting account that subdomain is on (not the client area account) you can use it in conjunction with the username you’ve already posted to login to the control panel manually. From there you can delete the subdomain from your old account, and then add it to a new hosting account on your new client area account. You can also use FTP to backup the old account the same way. I would not recommend trying to run the site just from the old hosting account if you don’t have access to the associated client area however.

my google account deleted. ı forget the pasword.

btw thanks

I checked your account and I see that password authentication is not enabled, only Google authentication is setup.

That means you need to use the associated Google account to login. If you do not have access to the Google account, you do not have access to the hosting account.
