Other Information

I am having problem’s logging into my account as the login details are no longer working - i think after changing the email address: (if0_35001633!) Login to your account - InfinityFree

I was last able to access in early September.

The SSL Certificate for my site has expired and I now can’t update the Cert credentials.

Can someone possibly reset the credentials for me?

All advice welcome.

Thanks, F,

Welcome to the forum!

Try resetting your password.

No, I don’t think Admin can do that. You will have to use the reset password feature.

If you forgot the password, you can request a password reset using your email address. If you’re having problems logging in after changing your email address, please try logging in with both the old email address and the new one, in case the email change hasn’t gone through completely yet.

I don’t know what else you expect me to do. But if you think that I’m going to send you the login details of a client area profile if you give me a username, then think again. While I am technically able to reset passwords, I also have the responsibility to keep our users’ data safe, and simply resetting and handing out login details is not the way to do so.

Thanks I appreciate the advice. No I certainly don’t want credentials published or shared.

The old and new email addresses don’t seem to work. No worries I will find a solution I’m sure.

Best regards, F.

Is it possible to remove the custom domain from the account that I no longer have a working email address for (if0_35001633!) and to start a new account?

The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree. If this is your custom domain, please remove it from any other accounts first.

I must have used a different email address for the if0_35001633! account and now don’t know what it was.

Thanks for all your help so far. It seems I might be a bit stuck without the correct credentials and need to have a plan C.

While I don’t have sufficient proof to know that this other profile is yours, the burden of proof is less when it comes to deleting domain names.

The custom domain assigned to if0_35001633 is now removed, so you should be able to add it to your new account.

Oh Thanks, I really appreciate the help. Nearly there - working through the SSL now.
