Login control panel issue

Hi,
I can’t login control panel since I created account. I changed password two times from client panel, not worked. It gaves error message shown below.

While I creating account, infinity website is stuck, I saw 2 account created. One of the accounts was not consisting my custom domain but I was able to enter to control panel, I deactiveted it. Second account is looking created correctly but I can not login contol panel.

Please help me about this issue

Please try changing the password of the account (Go into “Edit Settings”), wait 5 minutes, then use the “Control Panel” button in the client area.

The outage this morning also caused some accounts to not be set up correctly. We have a mechanism in place to correct this, but it appears to have made a mistake, and link the account that was actually created to the wrong attempt. Because of this, resetting the password doesn’t work because it wasn’t actually resetting the password of the correct account.

I’ve untangled the attempts so both accounts are now in your client area. You now have an additional account epiz_33342959 with no domains assigned to it.
