the user name email, and password are correct but even when I tried to rest the password I got error massage

You can try accessing from Softaculous, if that’s how WordPress was installed
Evidently, they are not. Unless you made some modifications to WordPress you shouldn’t have.
Maybe you mistyped them during the setup, maybe you mistyped them during the login.
The email error is weird, but also hard to solve without having admin access to your website to begin with. So it’s probably best to try another way to get access to your site.
If you installed your site with Softaculous, then you can also use Softaculous to get admin access to your site. Simply go into Softaculous, find the All Installations list, and click the appropriate button to login to your website.
If that’s not an option for some reason, there are a few other options to try.
