I believe you used Cloudflare with your custom domain during that time?
It is true that sites using Cloudflare were exempt from that security system, but due to a recent change, Cloudflare is also no longer exempt from it. To learn more why it happened, please read this thread:

Yes, unfortunately, there is no way to disable that system in free hosting anymore, even if you have a custom domain and use Cloudflare. This means Opengraph meta tags will not work in most places.
so it means we are now stuck ,so it’s now bad for us , so what we will do then ? It’s painful for me
Well you can’t do anything if you wanna host here. Or better upgrade to premium. At last its your choice.
