please fix this or just show me where i can contact support only in chat or a ticket in here so there be no limitation for replies i need to keep asking till i get all the knolwedge i need

i just need to open a ticket or talk to support why i can’t talk to support like other websites ?
i just need support i don’t need to see posts or forums just ticket to support or just chat directly and fast

You are limited to the number of times you can reply each day as a forum user. The longer you stick around, the more replies you are allotted each day. Instead of replying multiple times, try to put all the information into a single forum post instead.

i just need not to be limited i just have so many unanswered questions it’s not fair to wait
i need to know if IH just added my short domains like 000.pe to their domain extentions list
do i get benefits ?

You will be able to post more once you are no longer a “new user”, which you can get out of in as little as a day.

If you do have “so many unanswered questions”, then please:

  • Search the forum, and especially the knowledge base, before posting, because many questions have already been answered.
  • Think before you type, and think once more before hitting reply. There were multiple occasions were you replied once and then sent another reply less than 5 minutes later. If you had just collected all your thoughts and questions first, you wouldn’t need to reply twice.
  • If you do have a lot of questions, maybe try combining the questions into a single post instead of rapid firing separate posts.

Please understand that this is a forum. It’s not a Discord, it’s not a live chat where you can just fire short messages in quick sequence. You’re supposed to write the full message first. It’s more like email than chat.

Agreed. I’ve only been using the forum 2 weeks, infinity a couple of months. And it only took me a couple of days. My suggestion for you @Mariamasan is to join in with some other conversations, maybe check out the informal threads. A forum is a community, you have to give as well as recive.

I go on the rule I try and support 2 people for each time I ask for help :slight_smile: But thats just how I make myself fell part of a community.
