Other Information

Hello,

I’m having an SSL issue on my domain shoplinkng.com (account if0_42183298).

In my client area:

  • Installed SSL Status shows: Let’s Encrypt, expires 2026-12-07 :white_check_mark:
  • Live SSL Status shows: blank (dashes for Status, Issuer, Expires) :cross_mark:

When I visit my site over HTTPS, Chrome shows:
“NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID”

Also noticed other users reporting similar issues:

  • “Let’s Encrypt SSL installed but HTTPS shows NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID”
  • “Your connection is not private”
  • “My infy url has ssl problems”

I’ve already:

  • Waited over 24 hours
  • Cleared browser cache
  • Tested on multiple devices (phone, laptop)
  • Tested from different networks (WiFi, mobile data)
  • Verified DNS resolves to 185.27.134.129

The certificate seems installed but not deployed to the edge servers. Could you please re-deploy the SSL certificate for shoplinkng.com?

Thank you.

Your domain name is currently pointing to Cloudflare’s nameservers and is using Cloudflare’s proxy. That means the SSL certificate your browser sees (and our Live SSL Status does too) is the certificate returned by Cloudflare.

If that’s not working, then that’s something you need to work out with Cloudflare, as we have no control over it. But it seems to be working from here now.
