Let's Encrypt SSL installed but HTTPS shows NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Website URL

https://globaloralhealthalliance.org

Error Message

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Other Information

The domain is hosted on InfinityFree account if0_42920167.

The domain DNS is correctly pointing to the InfinityFree server, and the website works correctly over HTTP:
http://globaloralhealthalliance.org

A Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate was requested and shows as Issued in the InfinityFree SSL Certificates section. I also installed the certificate using “Install SSL Certificate Automatically”.

However, Step 5 “Verify Installation” still shows blank values for Status, Issuer and Expires at.

When I open:
https://globaloralhealthalliance.org

the browser displays:
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

The SSL certificate was installed more than one hour ago.

Could you please check whether the SSL certificate is correctly mapped and being served for globaloralhealthalliance.org?

I have not changed the DNS or nameservers after the certificate was installed.

Looks like it’s started working now. might have just been a temporary bug.

I’ve got the same problem, the SSL certificate was renewed in August (Let’s Encrypt) but suddenly stopped working with error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I tried removing and re-installing the free certificate, but always the same - says it installed successfully, but step 5 continues to show NOT FOUND

Hopefully it will also prove to be a temporary glitch. Unless you did something to fix it, gohawebadmin?
