Hello,

I’m trying to add my custom domain roseandnettlemd.com to a new InfinityFree account, but I’m getting the error saying that the domain is already in use on ezyro.com.

I previously used the domain roseandnettlemd.com with a ProFreeHost account, which has already been closed. However, the domain still appears to be linked in the system and I am unable to add it to a new hosting account.

I tried to delete the domain through the ProFreeHost cPanel, but it didn’t work. When I clicked the “Delete” button under “Modify Addon Domain”, I received the following error message:

“Invalid Domain, please check your input. 2.”

Could you please remove this domain from the system so I can use it again?

Could you please remove roseandnettlemd.com from any old accounts so I can use it again?

I can provide proof of domain ownership if needed.

You’ll need to contact ProFreeHost, nobody here has access to their systems.

ProFreeHost use IFastNet’s infrastructure, the same one that InfinityFree use, which is why you can’t use the domain here, until its removed from their services.

As Greenreader9 said, ProFreeHost can help you remove it from their service.
