Hello,

My website kadiryazilim.gt.tc suddenly became inaccessible through both HTTP and HTTPS.

Hosting account: if0_40088825
Website IP: 185.27.134.113

The account is active and the InfinityFree dashboard reports no problems. There is also no deactivation history.

I tested the website from my Windows PC using curl:

HTTP: curl -v

Result: Connected to 185.27.134.113 port 80 Empty reply from server

HTTPS: curl -vk https://kadiryazilim.gt.tc/

Result: SSL/TLS connection failed

I also disabled .htaccess completely and created a simple test.html file in htdocs, but the website still returns:

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

This means the problem appears to occur at the server/HTTP/HTTPS level before PHP or website files are processed.

Could you please check the server, Apache configuration, virtual host, and SSL/TLS configuration for my hosting account and domain?

Yes, the website is accessible over HTTP for some users. However, the problem I am reporting is specifically with HTTPS/SSL.

On my connection, accessing the HTTPS version results in ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED. I also tested the connection using curl, and the TLS handshake on port 443 fails with:

SSL/TLS connection failed (curl error 35)

I have already verified that:

  • The domain resolves correctly to 185.27.134.113.

  • The hosting account is active.

  • There is no deactivation/suspension history.

  • The problem persists even when .htaccess is disabled.

I have now removed the temporary test.html file that I used during testing.

HTTP availability does not confirm that HTTPS is working. Port 80 and port 443 are separate services, and the issue appears to be specifically related to the HTTPS/SSL connection on port 443.

Could you please test the HTTPS version and check the SSL/port 443 configuration for my domain?

Hello,

I have an HTTPS/SSL problem with my InfinityFree website.

Domain: kadiryazilim.gt.tc
Hosting account: if0_40088825
Website IP: 185.27.134.113

HTTP works, but HTTPS returns:

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

I tested the connection using curl. Port 80 connects successfully, but the server returns “Empty reply from server”.

For HTTPS, curl returns:

SSL/TLS connection failed (curl error 35)

I also tested with a simple test.html file and disabled .htaccess, but HTTPS still does not work.

The InfinityFree dashboard shows the account as active and there is no deactivation history.

This is a free InfinityFree subdomain, so I understand that SSL is provided automatically.

Could you please check the SSL/HTTPS configuration and port 443 connectivity for my domain/IP?
