Just Paid My Superpremium bill, now my account is suspended due the http flood

My account is suspended with reason ‘http flood’, i dont get it. to be honest it pissed me off because my site dissappear from google because of this bad service, and for your information i do subscribe the Superpremium tier

please fix it sooner, or any respond would be appreciated
