Hello! I’ve searched in forms and have not been able to find an answer for this issue. I found a similar thread and it was closed indicating the user was doing something wrong.

tl;dr - created 3 email accounts and can only log into RoundCube with one.
I have created 3 email addresses for my hosted domain.
eddie @ socialsparkmarketing com
admin @ socialsparkmarketing com
test @ socialsparkmarketing com
The Eddie email above was the first one I created and I can successfully log into it.
I created “admin” second and cannot log into it.
I created “test” third and I cannot log into it.
I have deleted the admin account and recreated with new password and that did not resolve.
Instead of copy/pasting the password, I hand typed it in and this did not resolve.
I changed password again, and this did not resolve.
I created the test email account to see if there was just an issue with admin.
Test cannot log in.
I have changed passwords on test and it does not work.
I have created a password with no special characters and this does not work.
Can someone please explain what is going on?
I have an actual domain hosted with InfinityFree, not a free subdomain.
Thank you for the reply, but none of those are the resolution.
I am using the proper credentials. The full email address with name and domain. I am also using the password configured in the email creation portion.
The account that can log in has a password with special characters. The two accounts that can’t log in have had passwords with special characters and passwords without special characters and still can’t log in.
The issue is that the email accounts’ passwords have special characters. Delete them and recreate them with a password that doesn’t have them, or just change the password with one that doesn’t have them.
The accounts that CAN’T log in DON’T have special character passwords. Passwords have been changed multiple times and they DON’T have special characters in them. Still can’t log in.
I tried to setup an email account on your account and logging in to it, and it worked without any problems.
I see you created the Eddie account with a capital letter, and the other accounts not. Note that the email addresses for the webmail logins are case sensitive. So if you have an email account for [email protected], you need to login with the username [email protected] and not [email protected].
Thanks for the reply Admin.
I am able to log into the Eddie email account, but no other accounts.
I have an [email protected] and it works fine, both with lower case and upper case E.
My [email protected] account on the other hand does not allow me to log in. I have tried with uppercase and lowercase A. I have tried changing the password. I have deleted and recreated the account. The password currently has no special characters.
Is there a time period you must wait prior to logging in? When you create the account, does it take a crazy amount of time, like 72 hours, before it’s “active”?
I have tried to reproduce the issue, but I’m unable to. I tried creating mailboxes with capital letters and without capital letters, on your account and on other accounts, and I was immediately able to login with all of them. I tried passwords with and without capital letters and numbers. I would love to help you, but I can’t think of anything that happens with your logins that I can confirm breaks.
