Why my website suspended temporarily many times my website not have high traffic and I not install many plugins and I minify my html and css then why???
What for?
WordPress can hit limits really easily with just one plugin. Can you let us know more about how your site works?
But in the previous I not install any plugin then why my account suspended
What else do you use? It could be that you got DDoSed, or it could be that some program (like wordpress) you installed is glitching out and constantly visiting the website.

What were you suspended for? Note that bots also count as visitors, and you might have a lot of them.

@Ravi21 also note that visits count as any resource loaded from the server, so if you are loading hundreds of different server hosted files per webpage load, that might be why.
