Issue with Live SSL Status, not Found

My website is down, the certificates are valid, but the “Live SSL Status, not Found” message appears. I saw on another forum that DNSSEC might be enabled, and since I’m new to this, I don’t know how to contact support to ask them to disable it! Could you help me?

I can almost guarantee that will not happen. All the free subdomains will experience the same problem at one point or another because they are all free and being offered to whoever wants to claim them. The only way to prevent this kind of think from happening is to get a custom domain name that only you have access to.
