Hello,
I have connected a custom domain, but the website isn’t loading and is showing up as a parked domain. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I checked your account, and what I see is:
- The URL https://alya-san.com does not work because the domain doesn’t have SSL yet. To fix that: How to get Free SSL (HTTPS) on InfinityFree
- The URL http://alya-san.com does work, and shows our default “Your domain is ready” page.
- The domain is setup as an Addon Domain, not a Parked Domain.
If you want to migrate the website of your existing free subdomain, you have two options:
- Move your website files from the location of your free subdomain to the location of your new domain. You can view the relevant directories in the Domains list in the client area, and you can move the files like this: How to move a website to a different directory
- You can remove the domain from your account and add it back. This time, make sure to add it as a Parked Domain or Alias of your free subdomain. That way, both your subdomain and your custom domain will show the same content.

Thank you for your response. Due to habit, I wrote it as https://, but it still appears as parked in the same way.
I just noticed that I can access the site when using a VPN, but when I turn off the VPN, it redirects me back to the previous page. Could there be a restriction for Turkey?

Please clear the browser cache by pressing a few times Ctrl + F5 while viewing your website.
If that doesn’t help (because some browsers are stubborn) then follow these instructions
