How can i connect external SQL Server (own hosted) with my free webpage account?
Please do not hijack other’s post.
You can connect to external DBs just like how you would normally do it. You enter the correct host, database, and credentials. I don’t see what may stop you from trying it.

I’ve already tried it but I am not able to receive any incoming request, maybe this is because of my free plan.
Please make sure that you are not mistaking terminologies.
If you use our servers to access other servers, then you’ll be fine. But if you use other servers to access our servers, then it won’t work, because we don’t support remote MySQL and will never do so.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what you mean by that. When you’re working with a database server, like MySQL, then you connect to the database from your application to read and write data, the database doesn’t connect to your application.
Please explain what exactly you’re doing and what issue you’re seeing when you talk about “not able to receive any incoming request”.
