Other Information

I’ve already verified my domain with Zoho, but I’m encountering issues with DNS record propagation. I’m trying to use Zoho Mail’s email services with my InfinityFree hosted domain. I’ve followed Zoho’s instructions for configuring MX and SPF records.

However, Zoho consistently reports that the records are not pointed to Zoho. I have contacted Zoho support and they said “your DNS (Zoho- MX) records are not properly configured and propagated globally.” I am unsure of why this is happening.

Zoho also requires a DKIM record to be configured. However, I cannot find an option to add a DKIM record in the InfinityFree DNS settings.

Additionally, recently I noticed a new “mail” folder in the root directory of my account (one level above my domain’s specific directory). This folder was not present before. I’m wondering if this indicates that InfinityFree’s PHP is now offering email services?

Could someone please help me understand why my Zoho MX and SPF records are not propagating correctly? Is it possible to configure a DKIM record for my domain on InfinityFree? Or is there email service provided by InfinityFree?

Likely due to this

Setting should be correct now

Since you have a custom domain, you can use CloudFlare

Thanks for the reply! The MX and SPF records have been verified now.

As for CloudFlare, we had another domain hosted on CloudFlare, but visitors from mainland China have trouble visiting it, so we prefer not to host this domain on CloudFlare.

Thanks again.
