I have a domain alapdorl.xyz (which is currently under construction) and a subdomain forms.alapdorl.xyz, I have an folder for Social login in my Subdomain but I want to move it fully to my Domain without downloading and Uploading it, is there any Alternative way to do that or I do it by downloading and Uploading.

Yep, it is possible.
In FileZilla, you can do it by opening both the Directory Tree pane and the file list pane.
Then, from the file listing pane, you can drag any files and folders to the Directory Tree pane. Then you can drop it in the directory in the tree pane which you would like to move it to.
Even a massive folder is then moved pretty much instantly.
