SEO is more about the content on your site, not the meta tags.
Although speaking specifically about the meta tags, make sure you include OG, Twitter, and the “keywords” tag.

Btw how long does it take for the name to show up after google indexed the website
I think the site_name meta name should be changed to og:site_name if you want search engines and the like to actually use it as the name of your website. The Site Name field is part of the OpenGraph standard, and all OpenGraph tags are prefixed with og:.
Hours, days, weeks, months? Google decides when Google checks your website again. And Google doesn’t spend a lot of time frequently crawling new and unknown websites.

Site names are site names. There is exactly one way to define it on your site. And if you don’t define it, it’s up to Google’s discretion as to what’s shown instead.
And no, you can’t force Google to check your site more often as far as I’m aware.
