I’m creating a website to inform people about Brazil’s election 2026, however i need to store the candidate’s proposes and they are shared by STE in pdf format. So, as the title says, is it against TOS? Because i am mainly worried about the 6th term subtopic Disk Space Usage Terms where it says “Archives of movie files, audio files, zips, rars or any large volumes of files used for downloading/sharing is not allowed.”
PDFs are kind of sketchy, and used to be blocked on free hosting until sometime ago. If you want to be absolutely safe consider making them into HTML webpages.
Hosting some PDFs is generally fine if they are in support of the purpose of your site.
I would recommend against cramming your entire disk space allocation full of PDFs though. That means that there are either a large number of documents or they are very big, and neither of those applications is suitable for a free hosting account. Then a dedicated file or document hosting platform is probably a better fit.
