A while back , I was uploading the website content through FTP , suddenly I got suspended by saying

I was using hackfiber.com as custom domain on that account and due to suspension I can no longer access the control panel and remove that domain .
When I contact support, they suggested me to try another services.

So I did and moved the website to another service freeprohost.com.
Also I changed the nameserver to freeprohost and when I try to add hackfiber.com as an addon domain, It says:

Since infinityfree and freeprohost are both managed by ifast.net , can this be the issue??

Yes. Profreehost is using our network, so you can’t host the domain with them either.
