I can’t get access to my website from Spain. Can you check please?
Could you assign a different IP address to my website? I understand that would solve the problem.
Thank you very much.
This is being caused by either something on your end, or in between such as your network administrator, ISP, DNS provider, or anti-virus. It’s unfortunately not something InfinityFree can deal with at their end.
Not possible I’m afraid. If your website was on a different hosting account it may be on a different IP address, but that’s not a guarantee. And that would only help if whoever is blocking the IP is only blocking yours specifically, and not every IP associated with websites being hosted here.
The better solution would be to figure out where the block is coming from, and add your site’s IP address to the exclusions, or report it as a false positive. You could also access it with a VPN as a work around.

Dear @EdwardHamHam, this IP address is being blocked by a site associated with sports piracy, with which I’m sharing the IP address. Therefore, I have no option to unblock it since the block was authorized by the authorities in my country. I can access my website from a VPN, but that’s not the solution, as my intention is to prevent third parties from being able to view my developer profile and my digital resume. Therefore, if it were possible to assign a different IP address to my website, I would be very grateful, as otherwise I would have to migrate it to another hosting.
Thank you very much.
As Edward said:
Since you’re using a custom domain, have you tried a service like cloudflare? My site was blocked by my ISP, but once I started using cloudflare, I was able to access it without problems.
Welcome to the fun of free hosting. Unfortunaitly the few people who take advantage and break the rules cause problems for the rest of us
