the ioncube loader are free and must be installed by an admin for everyone using the server.

there is no way to write to support, at least I wasn’t able to find a contact page.

this service is free but is also useless if there is no support at all.

Your request is not possible on free hosting.

why?

the installation takes 5 minutes and the loader is free.

IonCube is already installed, unless that’s changed in the past month.

Like the PHP installation it may take time before new releases are installed, and it may be that not every extension is allowed or enabled.

The servers that InfinityFree uses are managed by their partner company iFastNet. While InfinityFree’s owner (Admin) can request things, any changes that are made to server configuration are ultimately up them.

thank you for your detailed explanation Edward!

IonCube loaders should be installed by default. If the current loaders installed don’t work with newer software, we should update them. But I would like to confirm that that is really the case before submitting the request upstream. Most times when people report version issues with IonCube, it’s because their software is too old to run on the PHP version we use, which is not something we can fix.

That said, I tried to check the issue but it seems like the software is gone already. If you could try setting it up again, I’d be happy to have a look and see if we can do something about it.

Hi, thank you for your answer.
I just found out that it was my script that needed to be compiled in a different way.

I opened this as the error message I was getting was not clear.

No need to further actions from you side.

Thank you!
