Other Information
I’m trying to add the domain titanorder.com and it passes validation, Registration Status is good, Nameservers are set, but it gives the error above when I try to add the domain. It’s been doing this for over a week now so it’s not a problem of waiting for the DNS to propagate. I’m not sure what else to look at.
I’ve tried adding it through the control panel as well and it doesn’t work. It basically gives the same error, just far more brief “Invalid Domain, please check your input…”
Oh, I misunderstood the problem. I was posting from my phone sat in the dentist waiting room. And I read it as an error when going to the site… Mental note, don’t use the forum to distract oneself from an anxiety attack while waiting for a root canal…
Just to check, you’ve not included www. http:// or https:// on the beggining, nor a slash on the end have you? Or if you’ve copied and pasted, its not included a space?
My guess is that this is either a technical issue or something about your domain name triggers a filter, which has happened on occasion. Either way, we might have to wait for the admin to be able to get a definite answer on the matter.
Do I have to reach out to Admins somewhere or do they go through these forums looking for Issues? I didn’t see a place to reach out to “Tech Support” which is why I came to the Forums for help.
I’m not able to see it in my account (but it says that it exists in the account) and when I uploaded my files via FTP they aren’t showing so if the domain is added, it’s not pointed at the htdocs or titanorder.com/htdocs folder.
I can’t even see the domain to delete it and re-add it, and you’re right, I’d be half afraid to do that even if I could. I saw that it said titanorder.com/htdocs in the page but I uploaded the site there and it is still just showing that landing page.
