Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
the “Account stuck in processing” message you are seeing is only relevant for accounts being suspended or unsuspended. so not the problem you’re facing here
A 500 error usually means that your PHP code has crashed, this is something only you can fix.
I would recommend going into your dashboard, and going to Advanced Settings then PHP Settings and turning on error messages there, so you can see the full 500 error to help you pin down the fix.
This means that something in your code is hiding the error message. Since your website seems to be self coded you must ask yourself or who made you this website on how to display full error messages.
We have an entire KB article about that specific error. Please check it.
That’s not your status page, it’s the status page.
What’s the difference? Your status page displays only the issues that affect you, the status page displays all ongoing issues on our service, including ones that don’t affect you. Meaning you need to read them and think for yourself whether they apply to you. If you’re not having any issues, or the issue you’re having doesn’t match the issue on the status page, they’re probably not related.
Your account is not processing, it’s active, and has never been deactivated. So that issue 100% doesn’t apply to you.
