Im Trying to add a custom domain to my account but it gives me following error
The selected custom domain is already in use on sohamservices.in. If this is your custom domain, please remove it from any other accounts first.

but im still recieving above error when i try to add it to hosting
As a clarification, this means that your domain was used in a hosting that resell from the same provider as us. The easiest way would be to remove the domain from the previous host, but it seems that the previous host is also gone.
Only Admin is able to help you with this issue though, so please wait paitiently.

I checked the domain and it appears to be assigned to a MyOwnFreeHost reseller account. You’ll need to contact iFastNet to get the domain removed.
You can contact them by submitting a ticket through their support portal: https://support.ifastnet.com
This is also why the error says:
The selected custom domain is already in use on sohamservices.in. If this is your custom domain, please remove it from any other accounts first.
The domain sohamservices.in is the reseller domain, so that’s the “hosting provider” where the domain is in use.
