Hello,
First of all, I know that countless topics have been opened on this subject before and that there are many different details. Therefore, I have read many topics to solve the problem, but I could not solve my problem clearly (in fact, in many of the topics, people cannot fully solve their own problems).
I recently started using the InfinityFree platform. I purchased my own domain from another provider, configured my DNS settings, and created my website, but I still haven’t received the SSL certificate. I initially tried Google Trust, creating and deleting CNAMEs several times, waiting a certain amount of time each time. I also tried many solutions suggested in other forums. When that didn’t work, I tried Let’s Encrypt. Actually, with Google Trust, after a certain time, a green “Ready” alert appeared with an SSL certificate verification button, but when I clicked it, it said it couldn’t be verified and restarted the process. With Let’s Encrypt, I didn’t receive any “Ready” alerts. I tried manually entering the CNAME myself, but that didn’t work either. Currently, my website is working correctly, but the SSL certificate is still not verified.
I hope I have explained the problem clearly. If the solution is very simple and I missed it due to my inexperience as I am new to this platform, please forgive me.
