InfinityFree Official Forum is Consistently Returning 503 Service Unavailable Error

Hi InfinityFree Support Team,

I’m reaching out to report that I’m unable to access the InfinityFree official forum (the platform for user discussions/support) — it consistently shows a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” error (nginx) when I try to visit it.

Details of the issue:

• Affected URL:forum.infinityfree.com

• Error message: “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” (nginx)

• Duration: This has been happening repeatedly over the past across different browsers (Edge, Chrome) and devices.

• I’ve tried clearing browser caches, using incognito mode, and checking network connectivity — the issue persists.

Could you please investigate why the official forum is returning a 503 error? It’s preventing me from accessing community support and updates.

Let me know when the forum is back online, or if there’s an alternative way to access support in the meantime.

I’m not an Admin so I cannot do anything with it, if I remembered correctly this happened several days ago and it recovered itself rather quickly.

I did some system maintenance earlier today which may have caused some hiccups for the forum. This may have resulted for intermittent downtime for half an hour or so.

The forum hosting is not as durable as I would like it to be, and I have some improvements planned, but until then, this is something that can happen.
