Infinityfree not detecting nameservers on cloudflare

I created a new account on infinity free. I am using cloudflare for ssl certs. But i am not able too connect my custom domain to my account.its been more than 48 hours.
I don’t know much about dns management. Here is some additional info :
And my username starts with if0_

Is there any additional steps or i have to wait more …

Sorry for creating issue without research.
To anyone face this kind of issue in future. you have to connect your domain directly to infinityfree, then to cloudflare.
