I’d like to have that domain, but can’t yet. The domain extension has been allocated to a registry, but they are not accepting registrations yet. It can still take years before .free domains are available for registration.
I’ll take another look once it’s actually possible to register this domain.
How about having both
That way the OGs love that old feel while the new people who use the new domain still get the same great service!
For both technical/practical reasons and SEO, it’s best to choose one domain name as primary and redirect every other domain to it. For example: byethost.com and byet.host.
Typing both URLs would work in any case. As for which URL is primary, that’s something that can be decided when both domains are registered.
