Infinityfree and GoDaddy Issue

I am using Infinityfree from a very long time, i recently purchased a domain for my website from godaddy,
now for this i changed the nameservers in godaddy.
the website is working perfectly but now i want to get a business email from zoho, where the godaddy is not letting me allow to add additional DNS records as i changed the nameservers from godaddy default nameservers to Infinityfree nameservers.

please help me solving my problem.
thank you

You can add some of the records Zoho requires you to add under the “MX Records” and the “SPF Records” sections of the Control Panel. If they also require you to add DKIM records, you can easily revert back to your domain registrar’s nameservers (or configure Cloudflare on your domain) and add two A records, one for @ or your domain and one for www, that point to the website IP shown on the Client Area so your website continues to work, then configure the records from there.

can you please share the steps of the same,

how can i do the process

Hey there,

To ensure that your website and email are up and running, please follow the steps below:

  1. Change your nameservers back to those of GoDaddy.
  2. Add two A records (@ and www) pointing to your website’s IP address. You can find the IP address in your client area. Here’s a guide to get you started:
Add an A record | Domains - GoDaddy Help IN
  3. You can add your Zoho email records there as well.

Once you’ve completed the above steps, your website and email will work. Please note that it may take some time for DNS propagation.

Let me know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else I can help you with.
