Index.html doesn't refresh

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to update index.html with a new home page version via FTP and filemanager and I did.
But when I check by URL in the browser nothing changes.
Instead, a few days ago, before I’ve paid a premium account on ifastnet worked!!!
Why?

If your website is migrated to iFastNet, you’ll need to use iFastNet’s FTP servers, file managers and control panel.

When your website was migrated, iFastNet made a copy of your website and moved it to their premium servers. Your free hosting account is pretty much unaffected.
