Dear Admins!,
Please we are requesting that maximum hits of 50,000 per day should be increase because users they are end user they cannot know what’s happening there or try to disable only client area but website be still visible to users because this is so frustrating to users.
Free hosting services comes with certain limitations to reduce costs. We do not increase the hit limit for individual accounts, as all free accounts are treated equally.
So please! Implement this benefit to all users and stop, suspend whole website and suspend only client Area where we cannot modify anything as website owners but, end users still have access to our websites, As we registered at Infinity Free it is because we wanted free hosting so we don’t need to upgrade because we wanted only free hosting services, so you may only still limit to disk space, and other pro features excluding this one of Hits, please think twice on us.
It still doesn’t make sense to me because if you exceed the limit and we only block your access to the client area, people can still visit your website. The server still needs to handle the traffic, which still costs money and resources
So, you should optimize your website to stay within the limits or consider upgrading to premium hosting.
The account resource limits are set to ensure fair distribution of server resources. All servers have finite CPU power, memory, bandwidth, etc., and we don’t want a single, busy website using up all the server power at the expense of other websites.
And remember that while our hosting is free to you, there is no such thing as free hosting. Servers cost money, datacenter space costs money, power costs money and network connectivity costs money. And we’re not getting any money from you. So you have to understand that we can’t just allocate unlimited server power to websites just because people don’t feel like paying. Because someone needs to pay for that hosting space.
We suspend accounts that use too much server power to prevent them from using more server power. It’s also a strong measure that forces website owners to take action, either by optimizing their website or by upgrading.
Only locking down the client area would not be effective. It would not stop accounts that exceeded their daily limits from using more server power. And most people don’t need to access the client area to manage their website, meaning it’s not a successful deterrent to force action either.
I understand that you just want to host your website for free and don’t want to pay. But if your website gets popular, you will run into the limits of free hosting at some point, and at that point you have to pay to get more resources. We cannot afford to just keep paying for the hosting of your site without any limits.
