Impossible to index my WordPress site on bing

In Bing, Impossible to index since it is a redirect url.
In Google, no error.

Other Information

Are sites like mine that are Free subdomains of great-site.net blacklisted by Bing or the error is not this and you have any idea to solve ?

Thanks my friend. I did all this. Bing know my site and sitemap but doesn’t want to index any page.
