Other Information
It is impossible to access my website. I have reviewed all the vPanel options and find no errors. I have tried to directly access the IP addresses using the url with IP and it is also impossible to access, therefore there do not seem to be DNS problems, it is probably access to the http server.
My domain in my free hosting is cel-ia.free.nf. It isn’t a subdomain. I don’t know how I have to make this change. Please, coluld you explain something else?
Well, then your belief is wrong, because it is a subdomain.
Unfortunately, this s the only way out. Accept it and solve your issue, or ignore it and have your issue stay there.
In order to remove the subdomain, you’ll need to use the “Domains” tool in your client area. Then, with the very same tool, click the “Add Domain” button, and add your domain back.
Then you’ll have to move your website from the original htdocs into cel-ia.free.nf/htdocs.
Yes Frank, obviously it is a subdomain of an InfinityFree tree, but it is the free domain that is allowed to be created. I have created two domains: cel-ia.free.nf and castilla.free.nf in the “domains” option of the control panel. There is also another tab to create “subdomains” and those apply to my domains (which are actually subdomains).
I have done what you have advised me, without hesitation, I have deleted the domain and created it again, but there is no option in the control panel (at least that I can find) to change or modify the servernames and in any case the new domain created It is also not accessible so there must be a DNS problem.
sorry for my bad English
The particular records that were missing are caused by an issue on our end, and it’s not a setting you have any control over. By removing and re-adding your domain name, you’re forcing the system to recreate the missing DNS records, which will fix your domain.
However, as with any DNS change, the change isn’t visible everywhere instantly, it can take up to 72 hours for your domain name to start working.
The same DNS check that @KangJL did before now shows that the IP address has been set up. So basically all you need to do now is wait for your site to be visible to you.
