Importar archivo a wordpress

Hola.
Estoy usado el plugin All in one WP Migration en wordpress y no puedo importar ningún archivo porque el limite es de 10 mb, quiero pasar mi página web de local al servidor y no me permite cargarla porque pesa mas de 200mb.
Podría modificar el limite máximo o existe otra solución?

Unfortunately, the upload limit is set at 10mb, and that is one of the reasons that backup plugins do not work here. 200mb is also quite large!

If you are migrating from localhost to the server, just upload WP’s files to the server, no need to use a plugin. Note that you will have to make some database edits so it will work on your account.
