I'm having problems with the SSL Certificate

Hello, I recently ended up ordering an SSL Certificate from InfinityFree and got the Google Trust Service certificate, but soon after I realized that some browsers are unable to identify the Certificate correctly, thus generating that “Not Secure” connection error.

I already tried to place another order and install another Certificate but it didn’t end up doing anything either.

So I took the test on the “SSLlabs” website and it returned this:

“This server’s certificate chain is incomplete. Grade capped to B.”

" This server’s certificate is not trusted by Java trust store (see below for details)."

You might also be better off going to a website which has a certificate chain correctly configured for Google Trust certificates before going on your website to see if it works that way.
