Ifastnet account from infinityfree

Hi,
I have an account on infinityfree with website.
I received an email from ifastnet offering an special discount on upgrade, but i can not log in on ifastnet nor can i create a support ticket on ifastnet since i do not have an account.
I reply to sales ifastnet department but receive no response.
Please, advise me how to apply to special discount ifastnet sales department offers me by email.
Thanks in advance,

ifastnet and infinityfree are two separate companies so you wont be able to login to ifastnet using your infinityfree login but will have to create an account there

that said … are you sure that the email is from ifastnet and not a scammer and did it contain a login link to Login - IFastnet ? because if it was a login to somewhere other than https://ifastnet.com then it would be wise to change your infinityfree password asap

If you opt in to it when creating your account, you will be signed up to a mailing list that sometimes includes promotional messages for iFastNet.

While iFastNet is our partner, they are a separate company with separate systems.

So if you would like to order a premium hosting account from iFastNet, you’ll need to sign up to iFastNet separately, you cannot just login with your InfinityFree account. And iFastNet’s support portal is separate from their client area, so you’ll need a separate account for it.

And if you don’t have an account? Just create one! It’s easy and free.

Regardless, we can’t answer support requests for iFastNet here. This is the InfinityFree forum, not iFastNet forum, we’re not an authoritative source and we don’t have access to the premium hosting systems.

I signed up yesterday to Ifastnet as an upgrade from infinityfree. It didn’t do what I expected it to do. I closed out Ifastnet and now I don’t seem to have my infinityfree files/data any more.
I get the following when I load a page:
" dkdce.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

It appears that your domain name has been pointed to a premium iFastNet server already as part of a migration. Unfortunately, we can’t fix this from our end, so please ask iFastNet to point your domain back to your free hosting account.

On your free account itself, I still see files and a database, which is probably your website before it was migrated to premium hosting. Of course, any changes made to your website on premium hosting have not been ported back to your free account, you’ll need to migrate those yourself if you want.

Thank you very much. I was able to get iFastNet to restore the domain pointing.
