I’ve ran in a problem with icons.
I’ve 2 sites md-design.ch and moniton-productions.com
Both have Browser tab icon but only one shows icon while searching for the site. I made them exactly the same way.
Anyone knows what’s that about?

That’s dependent on your browser cache.
It might be that you haven’t visited the website enough, or that the browser hasn’t cached your favicon yet.
It’s not anything server-related, though. I know that.
